Refund and Return Policy – BELKA PRO

At BELKA PRO, we are committed to offering you flexible solutions to ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. Free* and Simplified Exchanges

  • Free exchange of any item that does not suit you.

  • You have 30 days after receipt to make an exchange.

  • Eligible countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Canada, Switzerland* (Switzerland is subject to special conditions, please contact our customer service for more details).

2. Standard Refund

  • Send us an email at infosbelka@gmail.com to initiate a refund process.

  • The refund will be processed within 30 days after inspection of the returned item.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

3. Refund as Store Credit + €10 Bonus

  • Receive store credit equal to the total amount of your purchase, plus a €10 bonus.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

4. Keep Item Option with Partial Store Credit (Valid once only)

  • Keep the item and receive an immediate store credit for 50% of its price.

  • This option is ideal to avoid shipping delays and benefit from a discount on your next purchase.

5. Refund as Store Credit (Return shipping costs covered by us)

  • Receive store credit equal to the amount of your purchase.

  • In this specific case, return shipping costs are covered by BELKA PRO.

Gift Items and Promo Codes

  • Gifted items must be returned for a full refund of the order.

  • Free gifts obtained with a promo code are subject to minimum purchase conditions.

  • By default, the value of the gifted item will be deducted from your refund if it is not returned.

  • If in doubt, please contact our customer service.

Exceptions

  • For hygiene reasons and commercial policy, underwear and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Procedure

  1. Confirmation: Send a request by email to infosbelka@gmail.com.

  2. Item condition: Return the order in its original condition and packaging.

  3. Identification: It is essential to include your order number in the package, as well as the reason for the return (Exchange / Refund / Store Credit).

  4. Shipping: You must choose a shipping method with a tracking number.

Processing Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt at our warehouses.

Important notes:

  • Insurance: We recommend insuring your package. BELKA PRO is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Timeframe: Returns received after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
