I've changed my mind about my order, what should I do? If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible, stating your order number. Any changes must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase to be taken into account before logistical processing.
How can I contact customer service? Our team is available by email at contact@belkapro.com, or via our contact form available on the website.
Can I modify the order after receiving the shipping confirmation email? Unfortunately, no. Once your order has left our warehouses, it is final and cannot be modified. However, you can return it upon receipt of the package.
How can I track my package? As soon as your order is dispatched (usually within 48 hours), you will receive a tracking number by email. You can then track your package directly in the "Track My Order" section on our website.
How long does delivery take? For mainland France, our standard delivery times are 5 to 10 working days. For international deliveries, please consult our dedicated "Deliveries and Shipping" page.
Is delivery free? Yes, standard delivery in mainland France is completely free with BELKA PRO, with no minimum purchase.
The product I received is not suitable, can I get a refund? Your satisfaction is our priority. All BELKA PRO® products come with a "Satisfied or Your Money Back" guarantee for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us to arrange a return and receive a full refund. Consult our Returns and Refund Conditions for more details.
What payment methods are available? We accept secure payments by credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as via PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders, or bank transfers.
