BELKA PRO Warranty Information
Two-Year Limited Warranty Updated: January 2024
Your BELKA PRO appliance is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, under normal household use by the original purchaser only.
Support Terms
If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered within two years, BELKA PRO undertakes to repair or replace the defective part. To initiate a claim:

Technical Support: An agent will perform a remote diagnosis to attempt to resolve minor issues.

Returns: If the problem persists, a return authorization will be issued. Proof of purchase is mandatory and must accompany the product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Limitations of Liability

BELKA PRO's liability is exclusively limited to the cost of replacement parts or the complete replacement of the unit, at our discretion. Labor costs are not included.

This warranty is strictly reserved for the original purchaser and excludes all other legal or conventional warranties.

BELKA PRO shall in no event be liable for incidental or indirect damages of any kind.

Failure to register your product does not affect your warranty rights, as long as you have valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
