ARTICLE 1 - Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by the Seller with non-professional buyers ("the Clients" or "the Client") wishing to purchase products offered for sale ("the Products") by the Seller on the website https://belkapro.com/.

The Products offered for sale on the website are as follows: High-pressure steam cleaners, cleaning accessories and related products.

The main characteristics of the Products, and in particular the specifications, illustrations, and indications of dimensions or capacity of the Products, are presented on the website https://belkapro.com/, which the customer is required to consult before ordering. The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Client. Product offers are subject to stock availability.

These GTC are accessible at any time on the website and will prevail over any other document. The Client declares to have read these GTC and to have accepted them by checking the box provided for this purpose before validating the online order.

ARTICLE 2 - Price

Products are supplied at the current prices listed on the website https://belkapro.com/. Prices are expressed in Euros (€), including all taxes (TTC). Prices do not include shipping, transport, and delivery costs, which are charged in addition and calculated prior to placing the order.

ARTICLE 3 – Orders

It is the Client's responsibility to select the Products they wish to order on the website:

  1. The Client chooses a product and adds it to their cart.

  2. They can modify their cart before validating it.

  3. They fill in their contact details and choose the delivery method.

  4. Final validation and payment make the order definitive.

The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price. Any order constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the Client and the Seller.

ARTICLE 4 - Payment conditions

The price is payable in cash, in full on the day the order is placed, by secure payment:

  • Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Other secure payment methods offered on the website

Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the protocol defined by the approved payment provider (Stripe/PayPal/M-Pesa depending on the region).

ARTICLE 5 - Deliveries

Ordered Products are delivered in metropolitan France, Europe, and serviced international zones. Deliveries generally occur within 10 to 15 business days to the address indicated.

The Client is required to check the condition of the delivered products. They have a period of 3 days from delivery to submit complaints by email (infosbelka@gmail.com), accompanied by supporting documents (photos). After this period, the Products will be deemed compliant.

ARTICLE 6 - Transfer of ownership

Ownership of the Products will only be transferred after full payment of the price by the Client, regardless of the delivery date.

ARTICLE 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Return costs remain the responsibility of the Client (except for specific conditions mentioned in the Refund Policy).

ARTICLE 8 - Seller's liability - Guarantees

The Products supplied by the Seller benefit as of right and in accordance with legal provisions:

  • From the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

  • From the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Specific BELKA PRO Note: Devices benefit from a commercial warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase.

ARTICLE 9 - Personal data

The Client is informed that the collection of their personal data is necessary for the sale and delivery of the Products. The collected data (surname, first name, address, email, telephone) are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Client has a right of access and rectification by writing to infosbelka@belkapro.com

ARTICLE 10 - Intellectual property

The content of the website https://belkapro.com/ is the property of the Seller and its partners. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 11 - Applicable law

These GTC and the operations arising therefrom are governed by French law (or the law of the consumer's country of residence in the EU).

The Client is informed that they can resort to conventional mediation or to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
